Responsibilities
As a Principal Solutions Architect, Data Privacy on the privacy and consent operations team and directly supporting the Data Privacy Team, you will:
We are seeking a successful candidate to lead data privacy solution initiatives. You will lead architectural privacy and universal consent design and push developers to elevate their practices, delivering innovative and high-quality, privacy-focused, solutions. The successful candidate will have solution architecture and significant data privacy/consent experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
Proven ability to mentor and develop others, as well as an ability to research and implement new technologies
Desire to learn and discover
Ability to simplify complex messages and adapt communication style to audience Flexible and open-minded; proactively seeks input from others Entrepreneurial drive and spirit; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
6+ years of software development experience or architecture
3+ years solution architecture experience
Working knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks, e.g., GDPR, CDPA/CCPA Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting comfortably to and influencing technical teams, business users, and leadership
Builds relationships; facilitates win-win solutions and obtains support from the organization Innovative and thinks beyond boundaries
Desired Skills:
Experience working in distributed/cloud-based environments
2+ years experience in designing and implementing scaled end-to-end privacy-focused solutions
Experience working with modern privacy engineering practices (e.g., Differential Privacy)
Diverse and deep experience in micro service architecture, domain-driven design, and RESTful Services.

Responsibilities
As a Principal Solutions Architect, Data Privacy on the privacy and consent operations team and directly supporting the Data Privacy Team, you will:
- Build privacy and consent management solutions in support of the holistic architecture to comply with various laws including, but not limited to, California, Virginia, Utah, Colorado and Connecticut.
- Partner with various product teams to build supporting solutions to support existing and new requirements in data privacy laws including, but not limited to:
- Associate, B2B and Consumer disclosure and deletion
- Right to Fix
- Consent to Collect Sensitive Data
- Opt-in/Opt-out Communication Consent
- Evangelize and educate peers and partners data privacy and consent management.
- Stay on top of industry privacy and consent technology trends to continuously improve what we do and ensure a data privacy compliance.
