Workday Financials Administrator/ Integration Developer

As a Workday Financials Admin & Integration Developer, you will be responsible for managing Workday Financials applications, including configuration, integration, and security. You will oversee Financial Data Model (FDM) configurations, spend categories, cost centers, and user profiles. Your role will also involve monitoring and developing integrations, addressing system issues, and ensuring data integrity and security.
Key Responsibilities:

Workday Financials Administration:
- Manage and configure FDM models, spend categories, and cost centers.
- Set up and maintain user profiles and access rights.
- Administer security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels.

Integration Development & Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday Financials and other systems.
- Monitor integrations for failures and address issues promptly to ensure data flow integrity.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate financial data and processes seamlessly.

Reporting & Security Support:
- Provide support for financial reporting, including creating and maintaining reports to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards by monitoring security administration and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and security issues as they arise.

System Optimization:
- Continuously assess and improve system configurations and integrations for optimal performance.
- Stay updated on Workday Financials updates and enhancements to ensure the system is aligned with business requirements.
