Job Description
The integration of the CXOne platform should follow the standard call center CTI adaptor implementation. High-level job description:
- Implement NICE Salesforce Managed Package
- Integrate Salesforce to NICE
- Develop a new call flow process (replacement of the Voice Call records) using standard and custom Salesforce object
- Migration of Voice Call records to the new call flow process
- Ensure agent’s ability to look up customers and initiate enrollments remains intact
- Support NICE implementation with any needed APIs
