This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable payroll data delivery to downstream finance, accounting, and operational teams.
The position plays a key role in modernization initiatives, supporting the transition from legacy payroll systems to ADP while maintaining data integrity, reporting continuity, and operational stability.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable payroll data delivery to downstream finance, accounting, and operational teams.
The position plays a key role in modernization initiatives, supporting the transition from legacy payroll systems to ADP while maintaining data integrity, reporting continuity, and operational stability.
- Design, configure, and maintain ADP ASP exports for payroll, finance, and operational reporting
- Manage export schedules, file layouts, delivery mechanisms, and control totals
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation for downstream systems
- Troubleshoot export failures, discrepancies, and timing issues
- Configure and support standard and custom ADP reports (payroll, tax, earnings, deductions, employee data)
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Accounting teams to define reporting requirements
- Ensure reports support audit, compliance, reconciliation, and business decision-making
- Replicate and enhance legacy payroll reports within ADP
- Configure and maintain payroll components, including:
- Earnings and deductions
- Pay groups and payroll calendars
- Tax setup and compliance elements
- Costing and general ledger outputs
- Support payroll changes driven by regulatory updates and business needs
- Identify and resolve configuration gaps and data quality issues impacting payroll accuracy
- Document export logic, report definitions, data structures, and configuration decisions
- Act as a functional–technical advisor to HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders
- Provide best practice guidance for ADP configuration, reporting, and payroll data delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP payroll platforms, including ASP exports, reporting, and configuration
- Proven experience supporting payroll data delivery to downstream systems or business teams
- Deep understanding of payroll processing, controls, and reconciliation
- Expertise in configuring earnings, deductions, taxes, pay groups, and payroll calendars
- Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into structured ADP outputs
- Experience supporting payroll system migrations or modernization initiatives
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for data and reporting issues
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience documenting technical configurations and data flows
