Agile Business Analyst (NEED TO BE LOCAL TO Dallas, TX)

***Does not want a PM/BA or PM for this role.

Strong Agile knowledge (User Stories and Acceptance criteria), ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others.
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilize formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitate project meetings and presentations to all stakeholders (for example, senior management, Customers, and technical teams)
Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others; identifying and initiating requirements/ideas; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Elicit and clearly document functional and non-functional flows
Should work with UI/UX team to assess UI needs
Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Meet with the project team regularly to review sprint deliverables and deadlines

Senior Business Analyst top skills & proficiencies:

Local candidates only with ability to work hybrid - 3 days onsite and two days remote. Work location is Downtown Dallas. Parking is paid.
