Care Team Coordinator (HR Support)
BravoTECH, recognized as one of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies, is seeking a Care Team Coordinator to support our contract associates in the Dallas area. This role is 80% remote, with reimbursement for phone and home internet expenses.
Role Overview: The Care Team Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are administrative, focused on supporting contract employees in their day-to-day needs and maintaining a positive relationship between them and BravoTECH. This position includes managing timesheets, processing payroll, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and handling basic HR tasks to ensure a smooth, compliant process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between contract employees and BravoTECH’s.
  • Address contractor questions and provide timely assistance.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate and process weekly payroll (including hours collection and auditing).
  • Personally welcome new hires on-site at the client location on their first day.
  • Support administrative duties, ensuring consistency and compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain and update reports in our applicant tracking system.
  • Organize and coordinate appreciation events (e.g., happy hours, lunches, parties, and snack drop-offs) for contractors and internal staff.
  • Assist with sales event marketing tasks and occasional social media posts.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.
Required:
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to work with urgency, completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred:
  • 4+ years of experience in onboarding, offboarding and timesheet collection.
  • Staffing experience, supporting teams of contract employees.
