Petroleum Refinery Company- Cloud Procure to Pay Analyst IV

Leading the company’s Cloud P2P business application systems and reporting environments while working with key users to improve business processes. Provides technical expertise, direction and training for team members as well as business users.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (functions considered essential as defined by ADA
  • Plays leadership role in Cloud P2P system integration projects.
  • Leads Cloud P2P system contract management, network, catalogs, and P2P enhancements and initiatives.
  • Provides support guidance for various Cloud P2P system solutions including configuration and enhancement requests from project team.
  • Leads a team on special projects or play a lead technical role as assigned.
  • Facilitates meetings, conduct and lead presentations and/or training sessions with end-users, standardizing training and providing detailed documentation as needed.
  • Leads and participates in integration testing, execution and remediation activities by addressing questions and helping identify potential issue resolutions.
  • Oversees and troubleshoots Cloud P2P system integration points with other SAP ERP modules.
  • Provides guidance in the design of interfaces, processes, reports, enhancements (including custom programs), and conversions for assigned complex and large-scale application systems and reporting environments to meet business requirements.
  • Analyzes and redesigns, if needed, process and configuration issues as they occur in the ERP production system.
  • Configures and tests parameters and filters for master and transactional data integrations.
  • Implements configuration changes, redesigns, new releases and updates to the systems environment in an effort to optimize the use of information technology.
  • Captures and documents Cloud P2P system configuration related tasks and problem resolutions.
  • Provides clear, concise weekly status reports for assigned team’s issues and projects.

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from time to time are the supervisor’s sole and complete discretion.

A minimum of 8 years of Coupa direct job-related experience is required. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with ERP systems, including SAP or others required. Experience with Concur and Fieldglass is preferred.

SAP IS-OIL and Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred (Midstream/Pipeline & Downstream/Refining areas).

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Finance, Business or related field is required.

Responsible for the management of up to two exempt level professional employees in addition to temporary staff assigned during special project efforts.
