Description of Role
The Content Strategist will play a key role promoting effective content management and user engagement within the client’s Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint intranets. This role combines strong technical literacy with communication and change management skills – acting as an advocate for modern content organization and governance practices.

Description of Role
The Content Strategist will play a key role promoting effective content management and user engagement within the client’s Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint intranets. This role combines strong technical literacy with communication and change management skills – acting as an advocate for modern content organization and governance practices.
Key Focus Areas
- Apply solid understanding of site architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and permissions to improve content discoverability and governance.
- Advise business users and site owners on best practices for publishing, structuring, and maintaining intranet content.
- Support training, awareness, and continuous improvement initiatives around content quality and structure.
- Drive adoption of consistent content management standards across SharePoint Online and related M365 tools.
Background/Experience
- Hands-on experience managing and supporting SharePoint Intranet environments.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft 365 content services, information architecture, and governance concepts.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills and able to evangelize best practices across non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a regulated or global enterprise environment preferred
