Director of Occupational Health
Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a talented Director of Occupational Health for an FTE role with a premier client in Fort Worth, Texas.
The Director of Occupational Health Services is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, integrating, and managing the activities of occupational health services
This position ensures the facility and/or department operates within budget and in accordance with established performance standards
Manages employee clinical operations and ensures timely appointments and services are being provided to employees
Directs and evaluates work activities for Occupational Health team members.
Performs annual performance reviews, develops goals and objectives, and identifies training needs for team members. Provides coaching and development counseling.
Provides input into the hiring decisions and recommendations for team members.
Directs and implements alignment of initiatives and processes which will improve cohort management and improve clinical and financial outcomes.
10 Direct Reports
8 plus years’ experience in managing occupational health programs.
3 plus years clinical management experience demonstrating progressive leadership practices.
2 plus years of experience in MS Office Professional
Current RN licensure by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas or proof of reciprocity of licensure between the State of Texas and another state and must maintain license throughout employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business, Human Resources, Health Care Administration or related area from an accredited College or University.
Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN Certified)
GC or US Citizen
