Senior SAP ABAP Consultant (Payroll Focused)
BravoTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with strong Payroll and SAP HCM expertise to support enterprise SAP initiatives. This role will focus on SAP ABAP development, integrations, enhancements, troubleshooting, and technical design within SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and support SAP ABAP solutions for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors projects
- Develop and maintain RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms
- Collaborate with functional teams and business users to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements
- Support integrations and interfaces with third-party systems and middleware platforms
- Create technical specifications, unit testing plans, and technical documentation
- Participate in customer workshops and integration planning activities
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong experience supporting SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors implementations
- Expertise with ABAP development objects including:
- Reports
- Interfaces
- User Exits / BADIs
- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
- BAPIs and RFCs
- Experience with SAP Payroll environments
- SAP Payroll Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- HR ABAP programming experience
- Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite or other middleware technologies
- Understanding of HR system integrations and data flows
- Self-starter with strong learning agility
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong integrity, accountability, and customer-focused mindset
- Must have SAP Payroll Certification
- Remote - Permanent Salaried Position
- 20% Travel to Dallas and possible other locations
