BravoTECH is looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer (SAP FICO) to join our SAP support team. They will provide Analysis, Design, Implementation and Support of the various SAP S4/HANA FICO Modules and cross-functional integrations to SAP FICO.
This is a hands-on role, working directly with the business stakeholders, Integration/Development team, other Cross-Functional teams and is accountable for the results of assigned projects, enhancements and support activities.
This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.

Job Description
BravoTECH is looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer (SAP FICO) to join our SAP support team. They will provide Analysis, Design, Implementation and Support of the various SAP S4/HANA FICO Modules and cross-functional integrations to SAP FICO.
This is a hands-on role, working directly with the business stakeholders, Integration/Development team, other Cross-Functional teams and is accountable for the results of assigned projects, enhancements and support activities.
This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.
What you’ll do
- Requires thorough understanding and hands-on Design and Configuration experience of the various SAP S4Hana FICO modules - General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Investment Management.
- Strong knowledge of Financial processes, Accounting principles to effectively map the business requirements into SAP configurations.
- Must have working experience supporting SAP S4Hana Treasury Module, SAP MBC (Multi Bank Connectivity)
- Must have Cross-Functional experience and deep understanding of the various financial flows with O2C, P2P, S2P Modules
- Nice to have working experience supporting SAP S4Hana Contract and Lease Management Modules
- Need to create test plans and perform Unit testing, Facilitate User Acceptance Testing for all the system changes
- Actively monitor IDOCS, relevant Batch Jobs, necessary integrations and provide Financial Month-end Close Support
- Maintain various FICO Master Data including GL, Cost Center, Profit Center
- Document Business Requirements, Functional Specifications for development related changes
- Document System/Configuration Changes upon implementation, User Manuals. Perform User Training whenever needed
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Finance, IT or Business equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP FICO Implementation and support experience
- Must have strong knowledge of the SAP FICO Modules including but not limited to General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Investment Management
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations in SAP S4/HANA FICO
- Have an appetite for enhancing/automating system processes, wherever applicable
- Must have strong analytical skills and must be able to effectively communicate, collaborate with other team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Working in an Omni-Channel setting
- Debugging ABAP Programs
- Knowledge on SAP CPI, IDOC Processing
