Executive Director of Supply Chain Ops
Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations Strategic and results-driven Executive Director with 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end healthcare supply chain operations across hospitals, clinics, and ancillary services. Expert in logistics, inventory control, ERP systems, and automated supply technologies, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, cost containment, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record of implementing data-driven strategies that align with clinical goals, improve service levels, and support patient care excellence. Skilled in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across complex health networks. Responsible for leading and managing the end-to end supply chain operations for the Health Network. This includes the receiving, storage, distribution, logistics, inventory management, transportation, and linen management.
The Executive Director will ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and reliable delivery of supplies and equipment across all facilities within the network while aligning with clinical and operational goals to support excellent patient care.
• Provides strategic leadership for supply chain operation across all hospitals, clinics, and ancillary services.
• Develops and implements supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures that support clinical needs and improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Manages distribution and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
• Implements best practices to maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce waste, and ensure the timely availability of critical supplies.
• Develops and manages operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective controls and supply chain operations.
• Ensures all operational processes comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Leverages supply chain technologies, such as ERP systems and automated inventory management solutions, to streamline operations.
• Partners with healthcare providers to understand supply needs, improve service levels, and enhance patient care outcomes.
• Leads and develops a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversees the implementation of inventory forecasting models and analytics to ensure accurate supply chain planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field.
• Membership in AHRMM.
• Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP).
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
