About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Field Technical Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT and AV support in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support training sessions, resolve technical issues, and deliver excellent end-user support while working closely with IT and operations teams.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and support AV equipment for trainings, meetings, and events
- Provide desk-side technical support and resolve IT tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with hardware deployment and distribution across locations
- Support Windows environments and enterprise tools
- Deliver proactive, high-quality customer service
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Minimum Qualifications (Requirements)
- Must have 2–3 years of IT support experience
- Must have 5+ years of customer service experience
- Must have experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Must have basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Intune
- Experience with imaging and device setup processes
- High school diploma or equivalent with technical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience with AV setup and support
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
