About the Role
We are looking for a People Relations Coordinator to support employees and managers by providing guidance on workplace concerns, employee relations matters, and company policies. In this role, you will help create a positive employee experience by handling cases with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to resolve employee concerns, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries and workplace concerns.
  • Support the resolution of employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and policy-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies consistently while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior People Relations or HR leadership when appropriate.
  • Deliver exceptional employee support through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee relations processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of trust, inclusion, respect, and psychological safety across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting employee relations, HR operations, or People Relations.
  • Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace concerns, or policy interpretation.
  • Basic understanding of local labor laws, employment legislation, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
