You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver projects, solve challenges, communicate progress, and ensure projects create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple complex IT projects and technology initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and resource challenges early and develop mitigation plans.
- Track project performance and provide clear updates to leadership.
- Present recommendations, risks, tradeoffs, and solutions to decision-makers.
- Coordinate project activities from planning through successful delivery.
- Look for opportunities to improve project delivery through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years supporting IT initiatives; OR 11+ years of related business experience.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong project planning, organization, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale technology programs or portfolios.
- Experience working with senior executives and business leadership.
- Experience with AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Experience with enterprise project management methodologies or PMO environments.
- Experience driving process improvements and measurable business outcomes.
