Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Power Apps.
- Basic knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Visio is advantageous.
- Familiarity with design processes, industry guidelines, and workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in tracking project components and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and quality.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and motivated to solve problems independently, with a strong aptitude for identifying potential issues and crafting proactive solutions.
- Team Leadership: Ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment.
- Self-Starter: Proactively takes initiatives and ownership of projects and is able to identify opportunities and act on them independently.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably in a design and drafting or creative services environment.
- Certifications: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Timely completion of projects within the agreed deadlines.
- Adherence to budget and resource allocation plans.
- Positive client feedback and satisfaction rates.
- Reduction in project delays or bottlenecks due to effective problem-solving.
- Quality and consistency of design deliverables.
