Lead Full Stack Engineer - Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a talented Lead Full Stack Engineer for a Direct Hire role with a premier client in Irving, Texas area.
Lead Full Stack Engineer w/ Salesforce Commerce Cloud, you will own the process and ensure the highest quality construction, improve the value and quality of the delivered solutions, and enhance the potential of the technical team. You will autonomously evaluate eCommerce products, establish standards, define the architecture, and be accountable for the overall health of the solution. You will teach, mentor, share knowledge, improve processes, and develop systematic solutions to recurring challenges.
- Manage platform governance activities, ensuring safe use of commerce cloud resources by reviewing, mitigating, and resolving error logs and performance issues.
- Architect digital consumer experiences using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and React.
- Translate functional requirements and high-level solution designs into detailed SFCC technical designs.
- Mentor and guide the team, enhancing platform knowledge, development skills, and professional growth through goal setting and evaluations.
- Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and SFCC features, designing configurations and customizations to meet needs.
- Use proofs-of-concept (spike solutions) to validate cost estimates and mitigate risks in technical solution delivery.
- Identify required third-party software products and document dependencies between system components.
- Design fault-tolerant solutions with appropriate fail-over mechanisms to ensure continuity of service and minimize outages.
- Prepare time and cost estimates, identify and mitigate project risks, plan the project lifecycle, and recommend approaches to improve time to market.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to commerce implementations and lead the team in resolving critical priorities.
- 8+ years of experience with full-stack technologies.
- Previous experience as a consultant or developer in SFCC and related technologies.
- Experience in a B2C e-commerce environment.
- Ability to build and foster a quality engineering culture (focused on quality, security, performance, scalability, and availability).
- Strong knowledge of architecture design, including diagrams and data flows.
- Expertise in the end-to-end order management lifecycle.
- Solid experience with SFRA or headless commerce.
- Strong background in RESTful service architecture, with preferred technologies including AWS/EKS/Java/Spring.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
