Job Description
- Hiring for both Senior Electrical Engineers and Mid-Level Electrical Engineers.
- Must be located in either Houston, TX or Tulsa, OK and you should be ok with traveling a lot during peak phases of the projects (up to 50%).
- Bachelor’s degree, PE certification and experience with power system design and analysis are must have requirements.
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead the design and optimization of electrical systems that power essential infrastructure—pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities. You’ll apply your technical expertise to integrate advanced technologies like automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage, driving efficiency and innovation across operations. A key part of your role is ensuring safety through the implementation of arc flash mitigation, fault detection systems, and rigorous compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. You’ll also manage complex projects from concept to completion, aligning engineering solutions with business goals and timelines. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to operational reliability, safety, and strategic growth.Â

- Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilitiesÂ
- Champions the integration of advanced technologies including automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to enhance system performance and reduce operational costsÂ
- Implements robust safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to protect personnel and ensure infrastructure reliabilityÂ
- Provides technical expertise in power distribution, electrical schematics, and system layouts for both new construction and upgrades to existing facilitiesÂ
- Manages complex engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and budget constraintsÂ
- Ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards across electrical systems and project executionÂ
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet internal and external customer needsÂ
- Mentors and supports the development of junior engineers fostering technical growth knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvementÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Senior:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and eight (8) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industryÂ
- Preferred: PE License
- Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical engineeringÂ
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and eight (4) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industryÂ
- Preferred: PE License
- Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical engineeringÂ
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a  main priorityÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Proficiency in reviewing arc flash studies and implementing improvementsÂ
- Working knowledge of electrical design codes (NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience with PLCs
- Preferred: Project Management experience
- Preferred: Experience working in Preliminary-Front End Engineering and Design (Pre-FEED), Front End Engineering Design (FEED), or Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) of small to medium facility projectsÂ
- Preferred: Proficiency in designing, and implementing, Instrumentation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systemsÂ
