Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions that automate, optimize, and enhance business processes and workflows across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & AI Solution Development
- Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies to improve business operations and customer outcomes.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for AI-enabled business solutions.
- Evaluate business processes and workflows to determine automation opportunities and measurable business value.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and organizational goals.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather business requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Functional Specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and actionable development plans.
- Develop business process maps, workflow diagrams, user journey maps, and current-state/future-state process documentation.
- Collaborate with business analysts to document operational processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Agile Product Management
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs within Azure DevOps.
- Write, refine, and maintain Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Product Backlog Items.
- Work closely with Scrum teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business objectives.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and release planning.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Collaborate with software developers, solution architects, data analysts, data engineers, and business analysts throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with leadership and business units to align priorities and communicate project status.
- Facilitate decision-making by balancing business requirements, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities related to AI adoption and process transformation.
Process Mapping & Documentation
- Lead business process mapping efforts to document existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Create process flow diagrams, business workflow documentation, decision trees, and operational procedures.
- Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements leveraging AI and automation technologies.
- Ensure all product, process, and solution documentation remains current and accessible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership experience.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and work item tracking.
- Strong experience creating:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Business Workflow Documentation
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with software development and data analytics teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Copilot solutions, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools.
