Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a full time Senior System Administrator for a preferred client based in New Jersey.
Our Financial Services client is looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator who will play a critical role on the IT team and be tasked with implementing and optimizing their compute environment - both in multiple offices and in the public cloud. The ideal candidate will be more oriented to Service Desk and End point. You will be primarily focused on multiple office environments for Windows, Android, Apple and Citrix client computing, Fortinet and Cisco network environment and Microsoft Azure, AWS and Tencent public cloud environments and related software, tools, and solutions. The successful candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the required technologies, and demonstrable experience leading other modernization and transformative initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Candidate will need experience in both Fortinet Firewall, Citrix Administration, and Network Administration.
- Support end users nationally via remote management and support tools.
- Proactively manage support requests via IT Help Desk platform.
- Support Microsoft 365/Teams and Active directory in the cloud.
- Deploy, secure and manage all Windows, and Apple endpoints, and Citrix virtual desktops.
- Define and maintain standards, policies, and procedures governing the Systems environment.
- Partner with information security officer to remediate any security gaps of services, systems, and network.
- Document and collect asset inventories, service catalogs, and architectural diagrams.
- Participate in the improvement of integration processes and information technology standards across the organization.
- Support and improve Citrix-based virtual desktop (VDI / AVD) environments.
- Perform Microsoft 365 administrator role, set up rules, and support email security.
- Administer MFA/SSO M365 integrations and post-migration support for newly-onboarded business units.
- Administer Ring Central Unified Communications phone platform and Contact Center Platform.
- Administer, monitor and manage Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco and H3C Network infrastructure.
- Administer, monitor and manage security tools, Microsoft Security, SentinelOne Endpoint XDR, Darktrace and others.
- Overall technical ownership of all office based and Cloud systems and related technologies:
- Work cross-functionally with peers and business partners to ensure that all systems are engineered, deployed, and configured according to business requirement and industry best-practices to ensure maximum efficiency, availability, Security and productivity
- Work closely with external sourcing partners to ensure that all support standards and SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Design, Build and maintain operational KPIs and other supporting artifacts to ensure a standard of operational excellence.
- Must be a self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction or supervision
- Provides areas for improvement and has direct influence on training/validating new processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Relevant professional certifications beneficial: Fortinet, Cisco Data Center, AWS and others.
- 7+ years’ experience in systems design and engineering.
- 7+ years’ experience in Windows Operating Systems and related Microsoft applications, tools and services such as Active Directory, NTFS, Radius, Group Policy & Data Protection, Intune and Autopilot.
- 7+ years’ experience in TCP/IP services and solutions.
- 5-7 years’ experience in planning Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery operations.
- 3-5 years’ experience with ADFS, SSO, Certificates and related functions.
- 3-5 years’ experience planning and supporting AWS environments is a plus.
- 3-5 years’ experience in supporting Microsoft O365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience in managing Fortinet and Cisco Computing Solutions.
- Experience in managing a Citrix VDI environment.
- Solid understanding of IT Networking and related services.
- Proven thought leadership skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management; both technical and non-technical.
- Excellent project management and planning skills.
- Good organizational, time-management, and supervisory skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
