Overview
Seeking a client-facing ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support ServiceNow customers through assessment, implementation, and optimization initiatives. This role focuses on consulting with clients to understand current-state ServiceNow environments, lead greenfield and enhancement implementations, identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and guide execution through delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
Seeking a client-facing ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support ServiceNow customers through assessment, implementation, and optimization initiatives. This role focuses on consulting with clients to understand current-state ServiceNow environments, lead greenfield and enhancement implementations, identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and guide execution through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with ServiceNow customers to assess existing implementations and business requirements.
- Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, including greenfield deployments.
- Identify process, platform, and operational improvement opportunities within ServiceNow environments.
- Provide recommendations and guidance on solution design, implementation strategy, and execution.
- Deliver client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Focus on implementation and transformation work rather than ongoing run/support activities.
- Recent hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience across multiple client environments.
- End-to-end delivery experience on large ServiceNow projects within the past 12 months.
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Risk & Compliance
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Proven experience in highly client-facing consulting roles with extensive stakeholder interaction and presentations.
Candidates must possess current ServiceNow certifications and will be verified through the ServiceNow certification verification tool.
Preferred certifications include:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in relevant areas such as:
- Risk & Compliance
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Security Incident Response
- Security Operations
Candidates with multiple ServiceNow certifications will be strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operational Technology (OT) experience.
- Experience delivering Risk and SecOps solutions in enterprise environments.
- Consulting experience supporting multiple clients and implementation programs.
- Occasional travel may be required for client implementations; travel expenses are covered by the client.
- Travel requirements are expected to be infrequent.
- Candidates must be polished, professional, and comfortable representing ServiceNow engagements in front of customer stakeholders.
