Technical Business Analyst & Developer
Location: Tulsa, OK (Houston, TX candidates may also be considered)
Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for conversion)
About the Role
We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst & Developer to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This hybrid role combines business analysis and hands-on software development, giving you the opportunity to gather requirements, build prototypes, automate processes, and deliver innovative solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts
- Build applications, workflows, and automations using Microsoft Power Platform
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and process digitization
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Support integrations with enterprise systems, including ERP platforms
- Utilize APIs, including AI-powered APIs, to enhance applications and workflows
- Participate in Agile development processes and Azure DevOps environments
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Experience building applications, automations, or workflows using low-code/no-code platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI
- Working knowledge of Python and/or Java
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms
- Experience creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems
- Experience with Figma, mobile forms technologies, or Microsoft AI development tools
- Experience leveraging AI APIs in application development
- Work on innovative AI-driven initiatives
- Collaborate directly with business leaders and technical teams
- Gain exposure to modern development and automation technologies
