Senior Adobe Analytics Analyst (Adobe Analytics / Adobe Launch)
We are seeking a Senior Adobe Analytics Analyst to support our retail eCommerce team by delivering actionable insights, managing Adobe Analytics implementations, and driving data-informed business decisions. This role owns analytics reporting, dashboard development, customer journey analysis, tagging strategy, and A/B testing to optimize the digital customer experience and business performance.

We are seeking a Senior Adobe Analytics Analyst to support our retail eCommerce team by delivering actionable insights, managing Adobe Analytics implementations, and driving data-informed business decisions. This role owns analytics reporting, dashboard development, customer journey analysis, tagging strategy, and A/B testing to optimize the digital customer experience and business performance.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Analytics experience
- Strong A/B Testing experience (test planning, KPI definition, statistical analysis, and post-test recommendations)
- Adobe Launch (Tag Management)
- Website & Mobile Tagging Implementation
- Segmentation & Calculated Metrics
- Report Suite Management
- Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and executive reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, data analysis)
- Retail eCommerce Analytics
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and site performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting for sales, traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer engagement using Power BI or Tableau.
- Own Adobe Analytics reporting, segmentation, calculated metrics, report suites, and governance.
- Manage website and mobile tagging strategy using Adobe Launch.
- Partner with Development and QA teams to validate analytics implementations and ensure data quality.
- Lead analytics support for A/B testing initiatives, including measurement planning, success metrics, statistical analysis, and post-test recommendations.
- Utilize advanced Excel to perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and data validation.
- Deliver actionable insights to eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, UX, and Finance teams.
- Present analytics findings and business recommendations to executive leadership.
