Financial Services experience highly preferred – Banking okay.
What you'll do
- Heavily involved in the monthly closing process and consolidation of multiple affiliated companies.
- Contributes and works with management on the policies, procedures, and controls within the finance department.
- Collaborate across multiple departments in the organization.
- Support company treasury and financial regulatory departments.
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivables
- Assist on various financial and regulatory audits.?
- Work with Controller and Head of Finance to maintain and establish financial controls.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the accounting department.
- Assists in the creation and design of standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Review monthly financials and verify accuracy of the reporting.
- Contribute to various back office and system implementation projects across the organization.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to develop, implement or improve processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or similar
- Broker deal experience with a minimum of 3 years relative professional experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP environment (Oracle)
