Senior Sterling OMS Developer
Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks an immediate contract Sr IBM Sterling OMS Developer to lead the integration of Salesforce and IBM Sterling. Developer will combine hands-on development, system integration, and architectural design to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management (v9.1), XML/XSL development, and SAP Hybris Commerce, along with strong backend integration skills and DevOps experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and technical mentorship are key components of this role.
OMS & Backend Integration

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management (v9.1), XML/XSL development, and SAP Hybris Commerce, along with strong backend integration skills and DevOps experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and technical mentorship are key components of this role.
OMS & Backend Integration
- Support and enhance IBM Sterling Order Management (v9.1) components including Inventory, Supply Collaboration, Reverse Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
- Design and maintain transaction pipelines and integration logic between Salesforce and OMS platforms.
- Develop and maintain XML/XSL transformations and SAP Hybris Commerce integrations.
- Manage deployments using Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Ant.
- Conduct unit testing (JUnit), performance tuning, and code reviews.
- Ensure system reliability and maintainability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Dev and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical design reviews, and stakeholder demos.
- Provide technical mentorship and documentation to support long-term maintainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficient in web-based front-end development using Java.
- Strong HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java Servlet, JSP, and Spring Framework (MVC, Core, AOP, Security), Eclipse RCP.
- Strong IBM Sterling Order Management 9.1.
- Strong in XML/XSL development.
- Moderate in SAP Hybris Commerce.
- Strong experience with WebLogic, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and integration via JMS, SOAP & REST.
- Proficient with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Ant.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiar with application performance tuning
