Workday Integration Developer
Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a strong Workday Integration Developer with expertise in Workday Security, Workday Accounting Center (WAC), and Workday Prism Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, ensuring data accuracy, security compliance, and seamless system connectivity. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Workday’s functionality and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and Workday BIRT.
Develop and support integrations with third-party financial and accounting systems, payroll, HCM, and other enterprise applications.
Implement Workday Accounting Center (WAC) solutions for financial transactions, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance.
Develop custom Workday Prism Analytics dashboards and reports to provide business insights.
Perform integration testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Workday integrations.
Configure and manage Workday Security roles, domains, and security groups.
Ensure compliance with security policies, GDPR, and SOX regulations.
Perform security audits, identify risks, and implement security enhancements.
Provide guidance on Workday security best practices to ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
Workday Accounting Center (WAC) & Financial Data Management:
Design and implement Accounting Center data transformations for financial reporting.
Develop and optimize business processes, ledger postings, and journal entries within Workday Accounting Center.
Collaborate with finance teams to automate accounting processes and ensure data integrity.
Develop Prism datasets and dashboards to provide real-time business insights.
Optimize Prism data transformations, blending external and Workday data.
Support Prism governance, data access, and security controls.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
Work with Workday Support and internal teams to resolve system issues.
Provide end-user training and documentation on Workday integrations and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development, including EIB, Workday Studio, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Core Connectors.
Strong expertise in Workday Security, including domain security policies, user roles, and data access.
Experience with Workday Accounting Center (WAC) for financial data management and transformation.
Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including dataset creation, data transformations, and visualization.
Solid knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT reporting.
Proficiency in JSON, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST API, and Workday RaaS reports.
Familiarity with financial data flows, accounting principles, and payroll integration.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve Workday integration failures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams. US Citizen or GC
