We are seeking a highly experienced SAP ABAP Technical Lead with 12+ Years experience to support and oversee the ECC to S/4HANA On-Premise system conversion. This is a client-side role responsible for ABAP technical governance, SPAU/SPDD adjustments, ATC configuration, custom code remediation oversight, and ABAP code quality reviews delivered by the System Integrator.<br />
This role will act as the technical authority for ABAP and custom developments, ensuring that all remediation and development activities meet S/4HANA and HANA best practices. This role will combine hands-on execution and technical oversight, including performing critical SPAU/SPDD adjustments and leading detailed ABAP code reviews to ensure remediation quality and S/4HANA compliance<br />

<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Review and validate S/4HANA Readiness Check 2.0 and Simplification Item impacts.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Configure and manage ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) for S/4HANA custom code analysis.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Help define, govern and oversee the custom code remediation strategy (remediate, retire, replace, redesign).&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Perform and own SPAU and SPDD adjustments during upgrade cycles.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Collaborate with the Basis team to plan, set up, and validate S/4HANA upgrade and parallel landscape environments (Sandbox, Development, QA, Production).&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Define and govern the dual maintenance strategy and process to ensure code changes are properly synchronized across ECC and S/4HANA parallel landscapes during the upgrade period.</li>
&#9;<li>Review and approve all remediated custom code and transports from SI partner.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Conduct detailed ABAP code reviews to ensure S/4HANA and HANA optimization standards are followed.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure usage of HANA optimized techniques such as CDS Views, AMDP, and code pushdown where applicable.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Validate SI partner technical approach for SUM DMO, transport strategy, and upgrade activities.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Support unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution for custom code.</li>
&#9;<li>Monitor and review custom code performance using ST05, SAT, SQL Monitor etc.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Review and define strategies for code dual maintenance&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Manage SPAU cleanup, performance tuning, and stabilization support post go-live.&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure technical documentation and knowledge transfer are completed by SI partner.&nbsp;</li>

of Surgeons Level I Trauma Center Verification by coordinating, organizing, assembling, and maintaining required standards of Level I Trauma Center. Has an active role in the following; clinical activities, education, research, performance improvement, injury prevention, outreach, trauma registry management, and acts as a liaison to outside regional and state agencies. Develops guidelines based on current literature, best practice, and information from patient care evaluations. Implements and coordinates trauma related performance improvement activities.<br />

These activities include outcome and cost analysis, preparing benchmark data reports, hospital trauma registry system reports and Level I Trauma Center specific clinical indicators as recommended by the ACS. Represents the trauma program on various hospital, community, state, and national committees to enhance and foster optimal trauma care management. Additionally, leads programs and initiatives focused on Emergency General Surgery (EGS) and Forensics.<br />

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:<br />

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Onsite)<br />
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Analyst to support our eCommerce team by delivering actionable insights, managing analytics implementations, and driving data-informed business decisions. This role will own analytics reporting, dashboard development, customer journey analysis, tagging strategy, and A/B testing analysis.<br />
Must Have: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tagging Implementation, Mobile Analytics, Segmentation, Calculated Metrics, A/B Testing Analysis, Retail eCommerce Experience, Dashboard Development, and Executive-Level Communication Skills.<br />
Responsibilities
<ul>
&#9;<li>Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and site performance to identify growth opportunities.</li>
&#9;<li>Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting (sales, traffic, conversion, revenue).</li>
&#9;<li>Own Adobe Analytics reporting, segmentation, calculated metrics, and report suite management.</li>
&#9;<li>Manage website and mobile tagging strategy using Adobe Launch.</li>
&#9;<li>Partner with Development and QA teams to ensure analytics data accuracy and quality.</li>
&#9;<li>Support A/B testing initiatives through measurement planning and post-test analysis.</li>
&#9;<li>Provide insights and recommendations to Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, UX, and Finance teams.</li>
&#9;<li>Present findings and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Requirements

<ul>
&#9;<li>Must have hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics 3+ years.</li>
&#9;<li>Must have strong knowledge of tagging implementation, segmentation, calculated metrics, and reporting.</li>
&#9;<li>Must have experience with retail eCommerce analytics.</li>
&#9;<li>Must have experience supporting A/B testing and optimization programs.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.</li>
</ul>

Must be local to DFW to work onsite hybrid<br />

<strong>About the Role </strong><br />
We are seeking a Staff Engineer, Cloud & Platform Engineering to lead and influence the modernization of the technology platform, migrating legacy applications to a cloud-native architecture on AWS. This role is hands-on and strategic, with a strong focus on application modernization, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure.<br />
<br />
As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in modernizing legacy Windows-based applications, building and evolving our application deployment pipelines, and leading migrations to Linux-based, containerized workloads running on AWS EKS. You will partner closely with application teams, DevOps, and leadership to ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.<br />

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />
<strong>Platform & Infrastructure Leadership</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Lead the design, optimization, and evolution of AWS-native infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.</li>
&#9;<li>Serve as a technical authority for cloud and platform decisions, aligning infrastructure strategy with business objectives.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Agentic AI & Infrastructure Automation:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Design, implement, and maintain agentic AI systems for self-healing workflows, intelligent capacity planning, automated incident response, and infrastructure-as-code generation.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Application Modernization & Migration</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Lead and support application modernization efforts, including refactoring and replatforming legacy applications.</li>
&#9;<li>Drive migrations from Windows-based environments to Linux-based, containerized architectures.</li>
&#9;<li>Partner with application teams to migrate legacy runtimes (including older .NET frameworks) into container-based deployments on AWS EKS.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Kubernetes & Cloud Operations</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Design, manage, and optimize AWS EKS clusters, including capacity management, performance tuning, and cost optimization.</li>
&#9;<li>Implement and maintain scalable deployment patterns using Kubernetes, autoscaling, and modern cloud-native practices.</li>
</ul>
<strong>CI/CD & Automation</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and related tooling to support modern application delivery.</li>
&#9;<li>Leverage Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate provisioning and ensure consistency across environments.</li>
&#9;<li>Utilize Python and other scripting languages to improve automation and operational efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Incident Management & Reliability</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Lead investigation and resolution of complex cloud and platform incidents.</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure systems meet or exceed performance, reliability, and SLA expectations.</li>

<strong>Cost Optimization & Governance</strong>

&#9;<li>Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement cloud cost optimization strategies, including use of cloud financial management tools.</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure platform designs follow operational best practices and support long-term maintainability.</li>

<strong>Collaboration & Influence</strong>

&#9;<li>Work independently while collaborating across engineering, application, and leadership teams.</li>
&#9;<li>Mentor engineers and influence best practices across cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering functions.</li>

<strong>Required Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Senior/Staff-level experience designing and managing large-scale IT infrastructure in cloud environments.</li>
&#9;<li>Agentic AI Experience: Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems for infrastructure automation (AI-driven runbook execution, LLM-based ops tooling, autonomous remediation pipelines).
&#9;<ul>
&#9;&#9;<li>minimum 3 years of&nbsp; production grade Gen AI & Agentic AI implementations experience on cloud, devops, SRE & platform engineering.</li>
&#9;</ul>
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as EKS, Lambda, and supporting AWS-native tooling.</li>
&#9;<li>Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native deployment patterns.</li>
&#9;<li>Proven experience with application modernization and migration projects, particularly replatforming legacy applications.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, and DevOps methodologies.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code to manage cloud environments.</li>
&#9;<li>Solid understanding of Linux-based environments OR strong Windows-to-cloud migration experience with the ability to operate in Linux-based platforms.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience driving cost optimization initiatives using data and cloud financial tools.</li>
&#9;<li>Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence across teams.</li>
&#9;<li>Prior experience supporting retail or e-commerce platforms is strongly preferred.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience migrating applications from Windows to Linux/container-based environments.</li>
&#9;<li>Exposure to .NET application modernization, including legacy frameworks.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience with Karpenter, cloud capacity optimization, and autoscaling strategies.</li>
&#9;<li>Familiarity with InOps / FinOps practices.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong scripting experience (Python preferred).</li>
